Cozad Commercial Group engaged Gray to design and implement an exterior master-plan for the aging Hanley Complex, in order to attract Enterprise Leasing as a major tenant to the facility. New metal panel wall cladding and high efficiency window systems brought the vintage shell into the 21st century.
