Sustainable Design
Whether a project is seeking LEED certification or not, we feel that sustainable design practices should be considered whenever possible.
We have many LEED AP’s on staff and have been involved in projects utilizing the following rating systems: LEED CI, CS and NC.
During programming and schematic design we will often provide a LEED charrette to point out elements of the rating system that could factor into the design such as increased energy efficiency and day-lighting or re-claimed and regional materials.
