Gray Design Group recently completed this new 210,000 sf tilt-up build-to-suit controlled temperature distribution center for AB InBev in Edwardsville, Illinois. Gateway 210 features 50 dock doors, 4,000 sf of office space and a 7,500 sf draught cooler. The draught cooler must maintain a steady “cold and frosty” temperature inside. Learn more >
