Gateway 210

Gray recently completed this new 210,000-square-foot tilt-up build-to-suit controlled temperature distribution center for AB InBev in Edwardsville, Illinois. Gateway 210 features 50 dock doors, 4,000 square feet of office space and a 7,500 square foot draught cooler. The draught cooler must maintain a steady ‘cold and frosty’ temperature inside.
