Overview
1st Phorm’s rapid success necessitated the expansion of their headquarters located in Fenton Logistics Park. Originally built as two speculative warehouses, Gray designed 6B, a spacious 158,760-square-foot tilt-up concrete building adjacent to headquarters, into an office space designed with employees in mind. The client’s goal was to create a space where the team genuinely enjoys working while inspiring productivity and creativity.
Enhancing Productivity + Collaboration
Gray replaced the conventional dock doors with a contemporary glass storefront, seamlessly integrating natural light into the space. Strategically designed open workstations provide optimal access to the training room, with executive offices bordering the perimeter, featuring glass doors that connect to the workspaces. Biophilic walls near the collaboration areas introduce a touch of nature amidst a spectrum of deep gray tones. The diagonal lighting fixtures, linear carpet textures and branded wall graphics infuse the workspace with energy.

1st Phorm’s commitment to health and wellness continues in the employee amenity spaces, including an exercise facility with a full-service locker room. The brand’s signature blue and yellow accents provide organization and a visual cue to its core functions.
Expanding Operations
The second warehouse building, 6C, is envisioned as a 133,000-square-foot mixed-use center with framed panels defining the storefront retail bays and a green rooftop canopy space. An athletic-inspired track along the interior aligns with the brand’s health-focused culture with 3D graphics and conceptual lighting to create a modern industrial vibe.
