Gateway 210 is a 210,000-square-foot tilt-up controlled temperature distribution center for AB InBev in Edwardsville, Illinois. This new build-to-suit warehouse features 50 dock doors, 4,000 square feet of office space and a 7,500 square foot draught cooler, which maintains a steady “cold and frosty” temperature inside.
