The newest building designed on this Midwest corporate campus supports the company’s human resource functions. This new facility is a high-tech conference and training center for employees to complete their in-house continuing education coursework. Throughout the facility’s interior, opportunities were created to showcase corporate founding principles and display vignettes of their innumerable corporate awards collection. Several large-scale break-out areas and lounges feature impromptu dining or meeting spaces with plug n’ play capabilities and wireless connectivity. A specially designed multi-tiered auditorium features ergonomic fixed seating for 80+ occupants with integrated power and data, video conferencing and multi-functional writable, magnetic and projection surfaces. Another building highlight is a rooftop terrace with panoramic city views providing comfortable outdoor patio seating for employee enjoyment.
