Logistics Park 75 – Buildings 3A + 3B

Located within the heart of the Greater Cincinnati logistics corridor, Logistics Park 75 (LP 75) Buildings 3A + 3B are a critical part of the 272-acre master-planned industrial park. LP 75 is just 15 miles south of CVG International Airport and other major logistic hubs like Amazon, DHL, UPS and FedEx. Buildings 3A and 3B are designed as tilt-up concrete, speculative distribution facilities with a 36-foot clear height and multiple dock-high doors. Building 3A consists of 232,500 square feet with 34 dock doors and two drive-ins. Building 3B provides 544,500 square feet of space with 56 dock doors and four drive-ins.
