As McLeod Express expands its warehousing services, Gray is proud to be a key partner in designing their new 611,000-square-foot facility in Decatur, Illinois. Strategically positioned near the I-72 exchange and the Midwest Inland Port, this facility marks McLeod’s second warehouse in Decatur, reinforcing their commitment to servicing long-term customers with greater efficiency.

Designed with durability and functionality in mind, the facility features tilt-up concrete panels, a 36-foot clear height, energy-efficient LED lighting and a TPO roof. With 56 dock doors, a 6,000-square-foot office and ample parking for cars and trucks, the facility is tailored to support McLeod’s growing operational needs while providing seamless logistics and accessibility.

Beyond the architecture, McLeod Express selected our Experiential Graphic Design Studio to create a cohesive brand identity that integrates seamlessly into the built environment. From the initial logo design to print collateral and architectural signage, every element reinforces McLeod’s reputation for trust, reliability and service excellence. The result is a unified presence—both visually and functionally—that strengthens their brand and enhances the overall experience for employees and customers.
