PepsiCo Inc.’s new warehouse and distribution center sits on 11 acres near Fort Wayne International Airport in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The 140,560 square foot building includes 9,720 square feet of office space with a waiting room, a large employee break room that opens up to two training rooms that can accommodate over 150 people, management offices and employee amenity spaces. The 30-foot clear height warehouse features a cooler and chilled storage, totaling 5,700 square feet, a fleet maintenance shop, two roll-up doors, two truck ramps with five drive-through doors and 14 dock doors, fully equipped for GEO Box Trucks. Amenities on the site include secure fencing and controlled access points, 108 parking spaces, 93 truck and trailer stalls, 53 GEO parking stalls and four spaces for box trucks.
