This extended stay four-story hotel includes 107 rooms and serves as an excellent option for visitors to Lancaster’s thriving aerospace community. Recently awarded as the ‘Most Business Friendly City’ by the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, Lancaster is home to giants like Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman Corporation. Midas Hospitality tapped Gray for the project, creating custom aviation-themed interiors to celebrate the City’s history. Working closely with a local museum, historical aviation photographs were curated by Gray Design Group to serve as unique artwork throughout common spaces. A custom-designed inviting lobby, fitness center, outdoor pool and patio encourage guests to relax, unwind and find respite amidst the hustle and bustle of the City’s growing boulevard district.
