This standard is intended exclusively for single-tenant, multi-tenant or multi-building configurations in industrial and flex buildings. Key design features include tilt-up concrete wall panels with glazing storefronts, decorative reveals, metal doors, finished metal louvers and loading docks with doors. Exterior amenities include 445 parking spaces, a paved entry, patios and sidewalks along the building.
