Project Overview:
The SpringHill Suites at Mission Farms is part of an exciting high-end development featuring well-curated boutique shops, locally-owned restaurants, luxury apartments and dynamic office space. Guests can eat, work and play within steps of their stay in one of 128 spacious rooms spanning five floors. This hotel stays true to its brand while incorporating custom design elements to match the surrounding rustic, historic architecture of Mission Farms. Conforming to the desired aesthetic was critical to the project, including a site line study to determine that no rooftop units would be visible from various locations. Plenty of nearby green space adds to the appeal of this hotel, including a large outdoor patio area for guests and convenient access to the extensive Johnson County Trails System. Podium construction achieved a code-compliant, cost-effective solution for the new building.
