Drawn to architecture from an early love of space planning, drawing and creating things by hand, Ireland enjoys seeing ideas come to life as spaces people can experience. She brings strong communication skills, adaptability and a collaborative mindset to her work, making her a natural fit for Gray’s team-focused approach. As a Project Associate in our Architecture Studio, Ireland supports design development, documentation and coordination while continuing to build her technical skills and contribute to the thoughtful planning and details that shape welcoming, guest-focused environments.
