Through a recent anonymous survey taken of current employees, the most used word to describe Gray was ‘flexible.’ Flexibility in work schedule with a people-first attitude creates a culture that employees are proud to represent. Even prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Gray offered staff the flexibility to work outside of traditional office hours, the ability to work from home and a variety of other tools to better meet their unique needs. Fun + Giving
Gray Groupies, our endearing self-given name, participate in plenty of fun with several company and industry events throughout the year. Typical Groupie outings include the annual chili cook-off, holiday party, winery trip, family picnics, happy hours and more. Gray believes in the importance of giving back to the community and also participates in multiple activities like charitable golf tournaments, IIDA’s Capes for Kids and our annual Holiday Toy Drive.
