Gray is proud to announce the growth of our team with the promotion of five exceptional team members to Studio Lead and Studio Director positions. The leadership changes reflect our firm’s growth, dedication to investing in leadership, mentorship and cultivating strong client relationships while continuing to shape dynamic, innovative spaces. The leadership evolution stems from our recently established mission, vision and values, which emphasize collaboration, problem-solving and designing spaces that energize organizations through innovation and creative passion and curiosity. These promotions and new hires reinforce our commitment to providing opportunities for growth within our firm, strengthening our relationships with clients and making a lasting impact on the communities through the places we design.
