Gray is teaming up with Contegra Construction on the new Manner Polymers facility in Mount Vernon. This new solar-powered plant, featuring a roof-mounted array and a 15-acre solar field, will boost production of flexible PVC compounds by 100 million pounds and create over 60 new jobs in the area.
