Unprecedented $201 Million Senior Living Expansion

Gray Design Group is excited to be a part of the ceremonial groundbreaking and expansion of the 52-acre campus of FV Services, Inc.’s Friendship Village Sunset Hills community– a stunning addition to an already spectacular campus. Founded in 1978, the Friendship Village Sunset Hills is celebrating its 40th anniversary of serving seniors in the St. Louis area by investing in the largest financing of any senior living project in the country in the past five years.
