Whispering Heights is a modern and innovative mixed-use community consisting of 153 apartment homes with premium studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The ground level features over 18,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The north building includes a three-story parking garage enclosed on two sides by the main building. Amenities for each building include rooftop patio areas and lounges and areas of passive greenspace with direct connectivity to the Edwardsville MCT bike trail system.
