Gray designed Whispering Heights, a modern and innovative mixed-use community comprising 153 apartments with premium studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and 18,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space.

The north building includes a three-story parking garage enclosed by the main building on two sides. Amenities for each building include rooftop patio areas, lounges and areas of passive green space with direct connectivity to the Edwardsville MCT bike trail system. The ground level features over 18,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
