Amini’s Fulfillment Center

Gray completed the new 51,000-square-foot fulfillment center for Amini’s Home Furnishings, consolidating multiple operations into a single, streamlined facility on a 4.09-acre site in Chesterfield Valley. The single-story building elevates the industrial building through the use of neutral-toned tilt-up concrete panels with refined reveals and cultured stone accents at key pedestrian zones. Clerestory windows bring natural daylight, and mechanical systems are screened to maintain a clean, modern exterior. A small mezzanine is oriented with a west-facing front and service functions positioned to the east to support efficient operations. Loading docks and drive-in doors are located along the east elevation, while the front of the building provides ample parking for employees and visitors. New sidewalks along Long Road Crossing and North Trade Center Boulevard enhance pedestrian connectivity, and landscape screening helps minimize the visual impact of service areas. The building’s orientation also considers future commercial development in the surrounding area.
