The renovated common areas in Parkside Plaza create a brighter, modern and more welcoming space. Gray Design Group replaced the green granite flooring with new ceramic tiles and added a custom, statement light fixture in the two-story atrium. The new design removed the outdated turnstiles from the entrance and installed a new modern exterior storefront. As part of this renovation, Gray established new building standards implemented throughout each floor, touching everything from restrooms to corridors to elevator cabs.
