Before > After: Beyond Housing

We love a good throwback memory – especially one that transformed a beautiful three-story brick school building built in the 1930s into the hub of a Saint Louis-based community outreach program. Beyond Housing asked Gray to convert this former city school building into a function-forward workspace for their training, administrative offices and multi-purpose use. A new façade was developed for the attached pre-engineered metal building which became the main entry and community support offices.
