Gray’s design for AC Hotel Cedar Rapids, located in the heart of the revitalized Kingston Yard district, brings modern European elegance to the city’s historic riverfront. This 123-room, five-story hotel was thoughtfully crafted to align with AC brand standards while reflecting the unique character of Cedar Rapids. From rhythmic façade massing clad in gray metal panels to loft-style windows and architectural lighting, the hotel combines sophistication with a strong sense of place.
