Project Overview:
The design of Peel Wood Fire Pizza welcomes a variety of dining experiences with both indoor and outdoor seating. The wine room creates space for private parties with up to 70 people with a ‘stay a while’ vibe. The large open dining space allows guests to have complete visibility of the entire restaurant while also catching a game on the televisions at the bar. Another unique feature of the room is a private dining room that can accommodate up to 12 guests. Gold-trimmed light fixtures are suspended over a custom-made, live-edged wood dining table. The walls are clad in personal photographs of the restaurant owners to create the feeling of dining in your home. A custom-designed bar has 27 beers on tap, including their very own Peel Brewing Company products. A unique wood loft wall with a library ladder is filled with firewood for their wood-fired ovens. Custom banquette seating combines dining and bar height options with walnut wood tables and a variety of chair styles.
