Overview
A National Communications Company asked Gray to create a welcoming office environment for employees transitioning from remote work. Gray’s interior and graphic design collaboration created a tranquil workspace inspired by nature.
Design + Fabrication
To create a serene atmosphere, Gray designed a combination of wall graphics, three-dimensional wood and moss features and gradient-printed films on glass fronts. Extensive retouching to the photography helped convey a calming energy within a high-impact environment while maintaining the brand color palette.

Content + Messaging
The messaging aimed to evoke peace and comfort, supporting employees’ return to the office environment, so the design incorporated natural-themed imagery, such as water ripples and dandelion flowers, converted to illustrations and applied throughout the space.

Biophilic Design
The use of wood and moss features, along with natural-themed imagery, reflects biophilic design principles. This combination creates a connection to nature within the workplace, enhancing well-being and productivity.
