Overview
Gray collaborated with this communications company to design a well-utilized workspace, integrating environmental graphics that highlight the company’s values and inspire through technology-oriented visuals. The project involved close collaboration with the branding department for compliance and approval.

Finding the Right Adjectives
The film graphics are dynamic, contemporary, motivational and technology-inspired. Gray employed a ‘connector’ theme with motivational keywords on custom gradient glass film in conference and hub rooms, providing privacy during meetings while allowing natural light to flow in. These adjectives align with the client’s divisional values.
Developing the Right Content
Content development for the printed wall graphics included brainstorming, conceptualizing and refining messaging to meet the client’s objectives and values. Gray created impactful statements and keywords that resonate with employees and reinforce a culture of innovation and collaboration.



Distributing the Graphics
The graphics were strategically placed across the workspace, focusing on high-traffic areas such as conference rooms, hubs and hallways for maximum visibility and impact. This allowed employees encountered motivational messaging throughout their daily routines.
