CRB Engineering’s new 28,000-square-foot office, located on the top floor, is a bright, comfortable and adaptable workspace tailored to meet the needs of their dynamic team. The open floor plan offers stunning city views, natural light, flexible collaboration spaces and amenities that elevate employee and client experiences.

The design emphasizes adaptability and innovation to enhance productivity and collaboration. Flexible spaces can adapt to various needs, from large group sessions to smaller meetings. Expanded conference areas include operable walls that open into the pre-function breakout area. Glass door fronts maximize natural light, creating an open, inviting atmosphere that encourages teamwork and interaction.
Work
Gray utilized glass door fronts on private offices, creating a bright, energizing work environment that connected team members. The subtle ombre paint effect on the office walls gradually blends colors from light to dark. Lower workstation walls allow natural light to flow throughout the office. Textured carpets, decorative pendant lighting and bold geometric art wall graphics in rich colors and warm neutrals combine to create a visually appealing environment throughout.
Recharge
Gray designed the lobby and amenity spaces as welcoming and comfortable places for employees. Architectural details, such as wave acoustical tiles to mitigate space and wood slats within the exposed ceilings, bring dimension and create designated quiet areas.
