Overview
Cushman + Wakefield selected Gray to enhance the 6,300-square-foot amenity space within Creve Coeur Center I. The design draws inspiration from hospitality spaces, catering to the diverse needs of tenants across all four buildings within the Creve Coeur Center campus.

Gray upgraded amenities to include a golf simulator, a work lounge, state-of-the-art training facilities, a welcoming coffee bar staffed by a barista and a convenient micro mart. The attention to detail is evident, from the casework to the frosted light pendants and vertical wood slats that create a striking contrast against the rich color palette in the textiles and wall coverings, offering tenants a comfortable yet refined space to unwind.
