Overview
Gray designed the seven-story Element Hotel adjacent to the Cortex district, incorporating street-level retail bays and a dynamic two-story sky lounge. Exterior details include wood grain phenolic panels, ribbed metal and composite panels, blending contemporary materials with the surrounding urban fabric.

The main lobby boasts a glass-infused reception area connected to an open kitchen and lounge. Guests at the UpBar can enjoy panoramic views extending to the outdoor dining space, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor experiences.
