Project Overview:
This Financial Firm selected Gray Design Group to renovate and expand its existing workspace to offer a high-end entertainment area with an open café for networking and a large employee training room adorned with state-of-the-art technology and markerboard walls. Acoustical baffles were installed in the training room on a diagonal to reduce noise and bring design interest to the tech-savvy, sophisticated space. The diagonal element inspired the herringbone pattern on the ceramic flooring in the cafe, subtly connecting the two areas. Gray added floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the training room to bring in natural light. When closed, they allow privacy during meetings and can open to combine both spaces to create a larger space for the entertainment café. The modern lighting fixtures complemented the quartz countertops and elegant wood cabinetry, making a bold and memorable impression.
