Project Overview:
The Forest Hills Country Club project began with a simple aesthetic renovation to the men’s locker room and progressed to include restroom and shower facilities, shoe shine area and men’s lounge. The scope of work expanded to include additional outdoor dining space and a two-story 2,400 square foot covered structure that accommodates 60 people, expanding their dining capabilities. Gray Design Group also redesigned the existing pool bar and cart barn. A new 9,000-square-foot facility was designed and included a bar, dining and televisions. The new golf cart garage has an indoor golf training center that overlooks the driving range. A new racquet club building rounds out the amenity improvements for members. The existing structure was demolished to make way for a stone-clad clubhouse with a basement for storage. The structure includes a wrap-around balcony and patio that provides a clear viewing angle for the multi-court tennis facility.
