Overview
Gray is designing a new 92-room, four-story Hampton Inn + Suites to bring much-needed hospitality to a high-traffic corridor in Fenton. The exterior design blends architectural wood panels, masonry and fiber cement to deliver a contemporary, durable façade aligned with the brand.

Designed for a Growing Destination
Located on one of the few remaining undeveloped parcels along I-44, the prototype hotel features a mix of king and queen rooms and suites, a pool and welcoming public amenities, including custom carpet tile and decorative lighting in the lobby and lounge. Positioned near a regional soccer complex, volleyball courts and a new $15 million family entertainment venue under development, the hotel offers easy access for business travelers, families and sports enthusiasts.
