This 123-room, four-story extended-stay hotel is a formerly abandoned restaurant site in the middle of a local business district with a high level of growth. The 65,000-square-foot, all-suite hotel offers fully equipped kitchens, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor pool and an outdoor living area. The design features an upgraded masonry exterior to fit with the surrounding architecture.
