The interior design draws from the neighborhood’s industrial roots and creative culture, balancing a more refined approach with a relaxed, lived-in feel.

The interiors pair industrial materials with softer, more residential elements. Exposed brick, steel detailing and reclaimed finishes bring texture and history into the space, while contemporary furnishings and warm materials keep it approachable. Instead of a uniform look, the design allows for variation throughout the hotel. Artwork, layered finishes and subtle shifts in material create moments of interest that feel connected but not repetitive.
Guest Rooms
Guest rooms are designed to feel open and functional, neutral materials and clean lines create a calm and comfortable environment. Interior finishes include marble bathrooms, premium bedding and integrated technology, balancing durability with a more elevated guest experience.
Public Areas
Public areas feature local artwork and rotating installations are integrated into these areas, reinforcing a connection to Brooklyn’s creative culture and allowing the space to evolve over time.
