Overview
Long-term tenant Parkside Financial Bank + Trust purchased the highly sought-after Maryland Place in the heart of Clayton and invested in significant improvements. Now known as Parkside Plaza, this Class A property showcases upgraded lobbies, corridors and common spaces with new furniture, finishes and light fixtures.
A Modern Welcome
Gray created a brighter, modern and more welcoming space by replacing green granite flooring with new ceramic tiles and adding a custom, statement light fixture in the two-story atrium. Outdated turnstiles were removed from the entrance to install a new modern exterior storefront. As part of this renovation, Gray implemented new building standards throughout each floor, touching everything from restrooms to corridors to elevator cabs.
