Project Overview:
Long-term tenant Parkside Financial Bank + Trust purchased its home, the highly sought-after Maryland Place building located at 8112 Maryland Avenue in the heart of Clayton, and invested in significant improvements. Now known as Parkside Plaza, this Class A property showcases upgraded lobbies, corridors and commons spaces with new furniture, finishes and light fixtures. Creating a brighter, modern and more welcoming space was achieved by replacing green granite flooring with new ceramic tiles and adding a custom, statement light fixture in the two-story atrium. Outdated turnstiles were removed from the entrance to install a new modern exterior storefront. As part of this renovation, Gray Design Group established new building standards implemented throughout each floor, touching everything from restrooms to corridors to elevator cabs.
