Project Overview:
Peel Wood Fire Pizza in Edwardsville offers guests a warm and relaxed restaurant experience designed as a tribute to its original location. As you enter the restaurant, guests are greeted with the exterior Peel logo signage from the flagship location, fully restored and highlighted with a backlight. The interior aesthetics stay true to their brand while offering guests an authentic brewpub atmosphere. The indoor dining area can host up to 170 people in various dining experiences, including a room for private parties. The large cozy dining room features upholstered benches and exposed ceilings with artwork of the original location as a nod to the restaurant’s local history. Natural wood is integrated throughout the space, including a solid wood veneer wall and walnut wood tables to honor the wood-fired cuisine.
Utilizing the logo’s trademark orange in privacy curtains, bench seating, and light fixtures add a vibrant pop of bold color. Porcelain tile accents the bar with dimension while adding durability in this high-traffic area. The elegant solid wood bar, stainless steel logo and numerous seating options creates the ideal environment for kicking back to relax and watch the game.
