Project Overview:
Rabo AgriFinance occupies the top three floors of the landmark Delmar Gardens III building with a prime location along heavily trafficked I-64 in Chesterfield. The inspiration for the innovative and collaborative design stemmed from its cultural color palette of red (barn), blue (sky) and green (crops). Each floor was cohesively branded with one of its signature colors. The central and inviting monumental stair welcomes staff and visitors and is highlighted with a custom sculpture spanning all three floors. The bright, open and engaging office environment allows unlimited access to natural light. Minimal private offices exist with executives spread throughout the space to reflect the firm’s workplace strategy. The design also features a variety of individual, quiet, collaborative and team-based workspaces abound with formal or informal settings.
