Overview
Gray partnered with SFW Partners to design their new 22,000-square-foot headquarters to reflect the firm’s continued growth, independent culture and commitment to their people. Located in Creve Coeur Office Center II, the full-floor workplace nearly doubles the firm’s previous office, creating an environment that supports collaboration, client service and future growth.
Focusing on the Client Experience
Located just beyond reception, the executive boardroom and adjacent hospitality bar create a natural extension of the arrival experience, offering a comfortable setting for client meetings and leadership discussions. Warm wood detailing, integrated technology and architectural ceiling elements establish a polished, welcoming environment that reflects SFW Partners’ commitment to personalized service.
Connecting the Workplace
Located at the heart of the office, the collaboration space serves as a central gathering point that connects the surrounding workspaces. Flexible seating supports everything from informal conversations to impromptu meetings, while the sculptural acoustic ceiling defines the space and helps manage sound throughout the open environment.
Bringing People Together
More than a break room, the café serves as the social hub of the office. A large gathering island and café seating create a comfortable place for employees to recharge, connect and collaborate throughout the day. Its direct connection to the adjacent training room allows the two spaces to function together for larger meetings, presentations and firm events.
Learning in Flexible Spaces
Professional development is an important part of SFW Partners’ culture, and the training room was designed to support continuing education, firm meetings and company events. Operable glass walls allow the space to function independently or open to the adjacent café, providing flexibility for both everyday use and larger gatherings.

Private offices, phone booths, focus rooms and informal meeting spaces provide employees with a variety of settings for private conversations, heads-down work and collaboration. Together, these spaces support a flexible work environment that adapts throughout the day.
