Overview
Cushman + Wakefield teamed with Gray to modernize this 1920s structure to a Class A office space, updating building standards and enhancing aesthetics to bolster leasing efforts.
Key elements of the design include an etched gold map of Springfield in the lobby and artwork depicting the historic downtown area. These elements are a tribute to the city’s heritage, resulting in a timeless design that resonates with tenants and visitors.
Enhancing the Architecture
Gray revitalized the exterior facade and upgraded the common areas, corridors and restrooms, with attention given to the lobby and training room.
