Full-Time

Job Description
Gray Design Group is looking for inspired and creative interior designers with project management experience who want the freedom to unleash their imagination to design beautiful and functional spaces.

We have built a personable and welcoming team, which is why nearly every new hire says the top thing about Gray is ‘its people.’ This passionate group of dedicated and deeply motivated people (or, as we affectionately call them, “groupies”) are energetic and giving. As a small and certified Women-Owned Business, we value the importance of creating a diverse workforce and portfolio within a friendly and approachable environment. We value teamwork and encourage learning by supporting personal and professional growth.

At Gray, we understand that your personal life often inspires a passion for design. Our people-first approach, offering flexible schedules, a hybrid work model, a robust benefits package and financial support for CEU credits, creates a culture our employees take pride in.

Responsibilities + Approach
We are seeking a full-time interior designer with at least 8 years of design experience. This position involves working with diverse teams and will work in all phases of project development.

Our approach to design is rooted in the belief that architecture, interiors, branding and product are essential components to the overall success of a project. Varying design disciplines are not treated as phases that happen sequentially but as integrated components critical to the design process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional design experience
  • Self-motivation and high energy
  • Talent and passion for design
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Responsive and dependable in meeting deadlines
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • NCIDQ-certified preferred, not required
  • Fluency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is preferred

Gray Design Group is an equal opportunity employer.
