Lexie’s interest in the built environment stems from exposure alongside her father, an engineer and independent contractor. She began taking interior design and drafting classes early in high school and her passion for design blossomed. Lexie has a desire to improve the lives of others and realizes that one of the ways she can accomplish this is by designing the environment around them. She believes that design affects everything we do and has a significant influence on the experiences we have. The better the design, the better a person’s quality of life.
