This new five-story dual-branded Marriott development features a ‘linked’ hotel concept with separate lobbies but combined guest amenity spaces, including a fitness room, conference center and a covered outdoor patio. The exterior of this wood-framed 132-room AC Hotel and the 128-room Residence Inn blends a mix of masonry, fiber cement and metal facades with metal panel canopies while maintaining each signature brand element.
