Project Overview:
The Austin Hills Commerce Center development comprises six spec warehouses near TX-130 in Austin, Texas. The tilt-up concrete warehouses range in size from 63,000 square feet to 682,000 square feet, ranging from 40-foot to 56-foot spacings and feature one dock door per 7,500 square feet that includes a mechanical dock leveler, dock seal and light with two motorized overhead drive-in doors. Design to suit one to multiple future tenants, the tilt-up concrete design features knock-out panels to provide flexibility for adding main entry points in the future that mimic the storefront design on the opposite corners. The warehouse shell includes a complete life safety plan for the path of travel limits, which contains rescue assistance locations and fire extinguisher locations.
