Project Overview:
Located on the former Ford Motor Company site, Aviator Business Park is a 155-acre infill development with 9 buildings. With building sizes up to 550,000 square feet, the park boasts buildings ready for warehouse, distribution, retail or office space. Gray designed each building to feature modern specifications, including 32’ minimum clear heights, office space, docks with 40,000-pound mechanical levelers and seals, ESFR sprinkler systems and ample car and trailer parking. The park is located one mile north of Saint Louis Lambert International Airport, with immediate access to Interstates 270, 70 and US-67 (Lindbergh Blvd), with rail service by Norfolk Southern Railroad. Gray designed tenant buildout spaces in Aviator Building II for Community Wholesale Tire, Aviator Building IV for International Food Products, Aviator VI for Pretium Packaging, Aviator Building VII for Silgan Plastics and Weekends Only and Aviator Building X for US Packaging.
