Overview
Celebration Village Peachtree City is a 360-unit mixed-use “Age-in-Place” retirement resort with senior care services on a pedestrian-friendly campus. The village includes distinct neighborhoods such as active adult bungalows, independent living cottages, independent living villas, concierge living apartments, assisted living apartments and memory care suites.

Modernizing Tradition
Designed for the next generation, Gray updated the traditional look of ASC’s existing properties with a contemporary multifamily residential aesthetic. The exteriors feature flat roofs and a facade of brick, manufactured stone and fiber-cement siding to match the interior amenities in the commons building, The Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse
As the active senior concept hub, the Clubhouse features a formal dining room, market, fitness, theatre, sports bar, dining area, casual bistro and art studio. Creating a cohesive design with multiple amenities could be challenging, but Gray seamlessly integrated the various textures and tones, making a fun yet sophisticated space.
Sophisticated Interiors
The approachable and welcoming décor, elegant modern touches, upscale finishes and fixtures emulated a country club environment. Applying the same palette of materials at a reduced scale to The Clubhouse added a playful accent that hinted at the interior spaces before entering.
