Overview
Gray designed a 95,000-square-foot addition to the existing four-story building, adding 69 apartments totaling 200 independent living units and 50 assisted living and memory care apartments.

Connecting the Community
The expansion features new community amenities, including a dining room, library, fitness center, activity rooms and a lounge, all with convenient access to a beautifully landscaped courtyard. These additions are designed to promote social interaction, wellness and a sense of belonging among residents.
Revitalizing Existing Spaces
Gray undertook extensive renovations of the existing amenity spaces, such as the indoor pool and spa, a full-service restaurant, movie theater, social center, Courtyard Café and coffee bar. Each space was updated to provide a refreshed and engaging environment for relaxation and recreation.
A Cohesive Exterior
The addition was thoughtfully integrated with the existing structure, utilizing warm, natural exterior materials to create a cohesive and inviting environment that blends old and new. In 2023, Gray continued to enhance the living spaces by converting select one-bedroom independent living apartments into two-bedroom units, reflecting the evolving needs of the community.
