Project Overview:
To meet the growing need for more senior living options, Friendship Village Chesterfield planned an expansive transformation of its campus to create more than 100 new residences and enhanced amenities. Phasing the expansion plan was key to maintaining operations during construction while maintaining minimal disturbance to the current residents’ as priority number one. Each phase consisted of multiple components. New independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing facilities provide a wealth of life care options. Shared campus spaces like the Trillium Wellness Center and Clubhouse were reimagined with extensive renovations and a 4,000-square-foot addition that doubles the dining area. A redesigned entry point to campus welcomes residents and visitors alike and seamlessly connects every facet of Friendship Village Chesterfield.
