The dramatic transformation of this independent living facility has increased its occupancy since the grand re-opening. Exterior renovations included the addition of a new elevator, main dining room expansion and porte-cochere at the front entry. The interior renovations included reconfiguring the common areas, including new ancillary dining rooms and activities areas (game room, arts/crafts areas, fitness and library). The use of bold colors and unique lighting reinforce the client’s philosophy; to create beauty for the joy and happiness of all who enter.
