Project Overview:
With continued growth and expansion, Organic Remedies sought a welcoming, functional and eye-catching facility to serve as its first Saint Louis area dispensary. Gray Design Group worked closely with the client on test fits for multiple locations until selecting a South County location. Gray created an efficient space plan inside the new dispensary that allows for enhanced workflow and an improved patient experience. Unique signage and lighting accentuate the revamped building, amplifying the Organic Remedies brand.
Custom casework displays inside glass counters and built-in displays behind the counters showcase the variety of quality products available. The design altered the ceiling heights to create impressive exposed ceilings on the sales floor but lowered ceilings to conceal HVAC in other areas to cut down costs of wrapping any exposed ductwork. The existing storefront glass was modified to create a more secure facility but let in natural light and feel bright and welcoming inside. The complete renovation of this former swimming pool store into a superior dispensary experience has put this iconic building back on the map.
