Keystone Construction selected Gray to design the new corporate headquarters and distribution facility for national electrical distributor and services provider SourceOne Solutions in O’Fallon, Missouri. Phase One includes a 37,500-square-foot building on a 6.45 acres site with 6,500 square feet of office space boasting a covered entry and patio, executive offices, spacious open workstations, state-of-the-art training and conference rooms and a cafe. Adjacent to the office building, a 31,000-square-foot distribution facility showcasing 40’ x 40’ bays adorned with four dock doors and a convenient drive-in door. The 6.45-acre site allows for future expansion with an additional 65,000 square feet of growth potential. Gray designed the exterior with sleek, modern tilt-up panels painted to match SourceOne Solutions’ logo and brand standards. The anodized metal window frames provide a touch of sophistication, enhanced by linear details and elegantly tinted glazing.
